The publisher is currently offered to authorized beta users through secure access. You are responsible for protecting your access credentials. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and distribute. You must have all necessary rights and permissions for any content published through the Service. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates any third-party platform's terms of service.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms through their official APIs and OAuth authorization. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and policies. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, successful delivery to third-party platforms, or availability of any specific features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
