Distribution Layer ("the Service") is a creator publishing platform for uploading, reviewing, scheduling, and distributing content to creator-owned social media accounts. This policy explains what data we collect and how it is used.

2. Data We Collect

• Authentication: A secure, signed session cookie stored in your browser to maintain access to the publisher.
• OAuth tokens: Access and refresh tokens from connected platforms, used solely to provide features you authorize, including account identification, publishing, scheduling, and status reporting.
• Media files: Stored in cloud storage so you can review, schedule, publish, and manage your media library. You may delete stored media from the Service.
• Post information: Captions, titles, destinations, privacy choices, disclosures, and schedule times you provide are stored as needed to perform and report the publishing actions you request.

3. How We Use Your Data

All data collected is used exclusively to provide the Service — authenticating your session and publishing content to your connected social media accounts. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Media and post information are sent only to the platforms you explicitly select for publishing and to infrastructure providers used to operate the Service, such as hosting, database, and protected media storage vendors.

5. Data Storage & Security

• OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored server-side, not exposed to browser scripts.
• Authentication cookies are httpOnly and secure.
• Media is stored in cloud storage and may be deleted by the user.
• All connections use HTTPS encryption.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service connects to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X APIs. When you connect your accounts, those platforms may collect data according to their own privacy policies:

7. Your Rights

You can disconnect your social media accounts at any time by revoking access through each platform's settings. You can request access to or deletion of stored personal data by emailing hermes-beau@agentmail.to.
